OUR FIRM
The firm was established on 01st February 1998. Since then the firm has been expanding rapidly based on our focus on the needs of our clients and the total commitment to professionally deliver our legal services. We now have a full complement of professionals and support staff and take pride in ensuring that all our staff are working in a comfortable and conducive environment.

Our client base have grown throughout the years and now comprises of many prominent companies in the country.
The firm is a general practice law firm with substantial experience and have been providing legal advice on a range of topics, including joint ventures, sale and purchase of shares in the companies, acquisition exercise, commercial contracts, tax planning, FIC applications, trade marks, dispute resolutions and many more. We have a strong base and extensive experience on litigation matters.

HING KIM TAT
Partner & Head of Corporate
Hing is the founder of Hing Chambers. He is a graduate from Nottingham Trent University with an LL.B (Hons.) Degree. Upon admission to the Law Society of England & Wales, he worked as an assistant solicitor with a provincial firm in Reading, England. He later joined a public listed company in Kuala Lumpur in 1993 as a Legal Manager upon his admission to the Malaysian Bar.

He is a Notary Public and the head of Corporate Division primarily involved in Corporate matters with emphasis on drafting Joint Venture Agreements, Sale and Purchase of Shares Agreements, Commercial Agreements, advice on business activities in Malaysia,
Trade Marks Applications, Legal Appeal on Applications and other related commercial matters.
NAZIHA BTE AHMAD RUPAAI
Partner & Head of Litigation
Naziha is a graduate from University Multimedia Malacca with an LL.B (Hons.) Degree and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2013.
She is the head of Litigation & Debt Recovery Divisions primarily involved in Civil and Commercial Litigation with emphasis on Corporate Litigation, Family Law, Landlord and Tenant, General Debt Collection, Banking and Finance, Hire Purchase, Leasing, and Labour and Employment Law.
SARIPAHAINI BINTI ABAS
Head of Conveyancing
She is a graduate from International Islamic University with an LL.B (Hons.) Degree and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2008.Â
She is the head of Conveyancing Division with vast experience in sub sale and purchase agreement and transactions, bank loans, land office matters, housing project acting for developers and coordinate with end financiers and such other matters relating to conveyancing.
